Milk Better Than Energy Drink

While sports usually we often consume energy drinks for extra power. But there was a better drink than those energy drinks.
Some researchers from Loughborough University in England claims that milk is a sports beverage (sports drink) is most effective when compared with energy drinks. Low-fat milk may help athletes recover after intense exercise.

The study involved young women who do the training and before training, they only drank two glasses of water. After they finished the exercise, one group of these women were given a fat-free milk and the other group was given sugar-based energy drinks.
