Ingredients :
High protein flour 700 grams
Instant Yeast 10 grams
Improver 5 grams
1 egg
Liquid milk 50 cc
10 grams salt
Butter 70 grams
40 grams sugar 
350 cc warm water

How to Make :
  1. Enter the flour, sugar, eggs, butter, milk, improver, and yeast that have been blended into the mixer bowl

  3. Move speed to 2 for 10 minutes
  4. Move to speed 1 for 5 minutes then check the texture and lift the dough from the mixer
  5. Knead briefly and then rest for 20 minutes while covered with plastic

  7. Enter into a mold and then rest again for 30 minutes to inflate
  8. Cover with pan lid and an oven for 30 minutes with a temperature of 180 C
