Ingredients :
3 spoonful of vegetables oil
0,5 teaspoonful of sesame oil
2 garlics
25 grams onions
100 grams shrimps, throw the skin
100 grams chicken fillet and cut in a small piece
1 chicken liver
5 meat balls and cut in thin
5 fish meat balls cut in thin
100 ml of water
0,5 spoonful of oyster sauce
1 teaspoonful of salt
0,5 teaspoonful of pepper powder
150 grams cauliflower and cut
2 stem of onions leaf cut about 2 cm
150 grams of carrots cut in thin
50 grams of pea plant
0,5 maize powder which add one spoon of water in a bowl


How to Make :
  1. Put the vegetable oil and sesame oil into a fry pan, add some onions and garlic cook until smelly
  2. Put the shrimp, chicken fillet, and chicken liver and mixed until the color was change and cook
  3. Add some meat balls and mixed again
  4. Add some water and give some oyster sauce, salt, pepper then steer until boiled
  5. Make big the fire, put all of the vegetables and mixed until withered
  6. Add some maize powder then mixed until all of was done after that lift the fry pan into a big bowl
  7. Serve in hot
