Tea is known as a healthy drink when taken regularly, can prevent stroke, arthritis, tooth loss and even cancer. But apparently there are other properties behind it.
Quoted by the Times of India, tea is a natural ingredient to help reduce excess weight. Scientists have proved that tea - both made from tea leaves or herbal leaves - contain compounds that can prevent the absorption of excess fat on the body.

1. Peppermint Tea Eating Controlling Desires
Peppermint leaves can be used to make tea with a light and refreshing taste, and can be enjoyed hot or cold. Not only refreshing, peppermint tea also helps digestion and burn calories. To make it, take one tablespoon mint leaves (fresh / dried), then pour the boiling water and let stand for 4-5 minutes. Then strain and add honey if necessary.
