Shortening 45 ml
Salt to taste
Yeast 8 gr
80 ml warm water
Egg 1 itemFlour 560 ml
5 ml lemon flavorings
Nutmeg to taste
How to Make :
- Mix sugar, shortening, salt into warm milk
- Enter the yeast into warm water and beat the egg with lemon flavor
- Pour the milk into the flour and nutmeg gradually
- Cover dough and let rise
- Make it thin then cut with doughnut cutter
- Enter the oven and bake 210 degrees C for 15 minutes
