Doughnut Oven

Ingredients :
80 ml milk 
45 ml sugar 
Shortening 45 ml 
Salt to taste 
Yeast 8 gr 
80 ml warm water
Egg 1 itemFlour 560 ml 
5 ml lemon flavorings 
Nutmeg to taste


How to Make :
  1. Mix sugar, shortening, salt into warm milk
  2. Enter the yeast into warm water and beat the egg with lemon flavor
  3. Pour the milk into the flour and nutmeg gradually
  4. Cover dough and let rise
  5. Make it thin then cut with doughnut cutter   
  6. Enter the oven and bake 210 degrees C for 15 minutes
