Pop Corn Shrimp |
Today I spent the shrimp 2 packs but I'm confused when it is ripe-that's just, like shrimp fried butter, .....:). Finally, I'm not losing my mind, I opened my bookshelf and find a recipe based shrimp from Mrs. Sisca Soewitomo. I'll try it .... Here is a recipe from a book she wrote.
Ingredients :
Dough dye :
1 egg
3 tablespoons cake flour
150 ml water
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons cake flour
150 ml water
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
Flour seasoning (mix) :
125 grams cake flour
50 grams of corn starch
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp chilli powder (if not there could be replaced with chili from instant noodles)
1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
to taste oil for frying
50 grams of corn starch
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp chilli powder (if not there could be replaced with chili from instant noodles)
1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
to taste oil for frying
Complement :
Chilli sauce and mayonnaise
Directions:
- Peel the shrimp, wash and then coat with lime juice and salt then let stand for 15 minutes after washing it clean again and drain.
- Dye Dough: Mix eggs, flour, water, salt and pepper then mix well
- Enter the shrimp into the dye, remove from heat. Then coat the shrimp with flour ingredients until blended. After that, store in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, preheat the frying pan that was given to taste cooking oil, and fry shrimp until cooked through and lightly browned then remove from heat.
- Serve warm with chili sauce and mayonnaise
