Ingredients :
Wet spring roll skins (can be bought in supermarkets / markets-contents 20 sheets)250 grams of smoked meat cutting width @ 10 grams
30 grams of finely chopped onion slices
5 grams of finely chopped garlic slices
60 grams butter
30 grams of wheat flour
200 ml of liquid milk
250 grams of Quick Melt Cheese (cut into thin @ 10 grams)
How to Make :
A. Fill dough risoles:
1. Heat the butter in a frying pan
2. Saute onion and garlic till fragrant
3. Enter the flour "chakra" stir until slightly brown
4. Enter liquid milk stir until thickened
B. Creating risoles
1. Take the spring roll skin, enter the contents risoles and pieces of cheese "Kraft Quick Melt"
2. Roll up lengthwise (form risoles)
3. Coat with flour, then soak it with beaten eggs
4. Finally, coat with bread flour until blended
5. Repeat until all the skin and filling unused
6. Fry until golden brown with medium oil for 7-8 minutes with the temperature of 130-140 degrees Celsius
